1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 77apc ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the 77apc website located at https://77apc.com and all services, games, betting markets, and features made available through it.

77apc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. 2.1 Age Verification Process

Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that individual will be closed, and any pending withdrawals or bonus balances will be subject to forfeiture.

3.2 Account Security

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.2 Deposits

Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours during normal operating times. 77apc does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply its own transaction charges independently of 77apc.

You may only deposit funds from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or accepting deposits from a third party into your 77apc account, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in order to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours are typically processed within 1–4 hours for mobile banking methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day.

4.4 Currency & Exchange

Visa and Mastercard deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing; any conversion fees charged by your card issuer are outside 77apc's control.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account as part of a promotional offer are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. 5.2 Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is confirmed, 77apc reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel any winnings derived from it, and close the associated account(s) without prior notice.

5.3 Promotional Changes

77apc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, particularly where there is evidence of systematic exploitation or where the offer has been published in error. In no circumstance shall 77apc be liable to compensate players for the withdrawal of a promotional offer.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered member of 77apc, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing prohibited activities.

7 Intellectual Property

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Voluntary Closure

Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures. Remaining real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method.

9.2 Closure by 77apc

9.3 Self-Exclusion
